How a Large UAV Breached the U.S. Air Defense System in Jordan

Syrian field sources reported that the large drone managed to penetrate an advanced air defense system and reached the Al-Burj 22 base in northeastern Jordan, striking living quarters at the base and causing injuries ranging from cuts and bruises to brain injuries, some of which required medical evacuation. The Washington Post noted that the targeted American base in Jordan is called "Al-Burj 22," and its mission is to provide advice and assistance to its Jordanian counterparts. An American official revealed that "the targeted base houses U.S. engineering, aviation, logistics, and security forces."
