By Names: Details of the Cabinet Reshuffle in the UAE Government

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, announced a cabinet reshuffle in the government. In a post on the "X" platform, Sheikh Mohammed stated, "Brothers and sisters, with the blessing of my brother, the President of the State, and after consulting with him, we announce today a series of cabinet amendments in the UAE government."

In a series of tweets, he indicated that the amendments included: "The appointment of Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid as Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs in the UAE government."

He also announced the appointment of "Mohammed bin Mubarak Fadhel Al Mazrouei as Minister of State for Defence and a member of the Cabinet." Additionally, he declared the appointment of "Maryam Hareb Al Merri as head of the International Affairs Office in the Presidential Court, concluding her term in the Ministry of Environment."

Maryam Hareb has contributed significantly to the UAE in the fields of environment and food security both domestically and internationally, earning praise from all who have worked with her inside and outside the country.
