Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev stated that Russian air defense forces and the Russian Black Sea Fleet participated in repelling attacks launched by Ukraine with drones on the port of Sevastopol in Crimea early this Sunday morning. Razvozhaev, who was appointed by Moscow, mentioned on the Telegram app, "The attacks were above the port of Sevastopol and in the Balaklava and Chersonesus areas of the city." The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it thwarted an attempted Ukrainian drone attack near the port of Sevastopol, stating, "This morning, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack with seven drones and two semi-submersible drones against targets in Crimea near Sevastopol was thwarted." Additionally, the governor of the Belgorod region in Russia, Vyacheslav Gladkov, noted that Kyiv forces shelled the town of Shebekino, near the border with Ukraine, with Grad rockets, resulting in the death of a woman riding her bicycle. Gladkov said, "The Grad rockets hit a market area, causing damage to a building and two vehicles. Unfortunately, a person was killed... It was a woman riding her bike on the sidewalk at the time of the shelling."
