A statement from the "Islamic Resistance" said: "In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their valiant and honorable resistance, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance targeted a gathering of enemy soldiers at 11:00 PM on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, east of the Al-Abad site using appropriate weapons and hit it directly."
