Macron and Biden Determined to Prevent Expansion of Conflict in Southern Lebanon

French President Emmanuel Macron reiterated in a call with his U.S. counterpart Joe Biden their joint determination to avoid the regional expansion of the conflict, especially in Lebanon. Regarding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, they emphasized the need for a ceasefire in Gaza and opposed any attack on Rafah.
