New Update on the "Death Boat": The Red Cross Receives 6 Bodies from One Family

The Lebanese Red Cross received 6 bodies of victims from the "Death Boat" from the Syrian Red Crescent at the Arida border point. These bodies belong to one family, the Aali Younes Akkari family, consisting of the husband, wife, and their four children. They were identified today by their relatives at Al-Basel Hospital in the city of Tartus.

A large number of residents from their hometown, Wadi al-Jamous Akkari, accompanied the bodies at the Arida point, led by the mayor, Sheikh Khadr Akkari. They all proceeded together in a single convoy behind the ambulances toward Wadi al-Jamous, where they will be laid to rest.
