Gantz: Initial Indicators of Potential Agreement on Hostages

Israeli War Council member Benny Gantz confirmed that "aid will be transferred to Gaza through Arab countries, ensuring it does not reach Hamas." He stated, "There are attempts to reach a prisoner exchange agreement, and we will not miss any opportunity to bring back our sons. The Israeli army must complete its military objectives in Gaza. We will also continue fighting in the north against Hezbollah and will persist until security is restored for the residents there." Gantz thanked the U.S. administration for preventing a ceasefire decision in Gaza. He added, "Our mission is complete security control over Gaza; we do not only want civil control. The military operation in Rafah will begin even during Ramadan after evacuating the residents if we do not reach a deal."
