Israeli warplanes conducted a violent airstrike around 11:15 PM on Friday, targeting an empty residential building in the area between the triangle of the towns of Harouf, Jabshit, and Dweir in the Nabatieh district, executing the attack in two phases by dropping two air-to-ground missiles on the targeted area. The explosion of the missiles created a loud noise and shattered the glass of many homes in Jabshit and Harouf.
According to initial information, the airstrike targeted a weapons storage, prompting emergency teams to head to the site. Witnesses from Nabatieh reported that after a video circulated of a missile platform targeting the Golan, the warplanes carried out an airstrike on the launch site. The sound of the strike was heard throughout the regions of Tuffah and Nabatieh and neighboring villages.
Warplanes continue to fly low in the skies.
