A wildfire broke out early this morning along the coastal road in Ras Maska – Koura, after the town of Al-Qalamoun heading towards Tripoli. This prompted intervention by civil defense teams who are actively working to extinguish the fire to prevent it from spreading to surrounding areas.
Firefighting teams are still working to bring the blaze under control amidst challenging conditions due to the fire's wide reach. Efforts continue to contain its spread and protect neighboring regions.
As of now, no reports of injuries or information about what caused the fire have been recorded. Efforts to extinguish the fire completely are still underway.
