The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today, Tuesday, that Ukraine tried to attack Russia using a small balloon, which was destroyed by Russian air defense over the Kursk region. The ministry's statement said: "On April 16, around 08:15 Moscow time, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack using a small-sized balloon targeting facilities on Russian territory was intercepted. The balloon was destroyed by air defense systems on duty over the Kursk region."
