Biden Signs Aid Law for Ukraine, Israel, and Gaza

U.S. President Joe Biden signed a law today providing new American aid worth billions of dollars to Ukraine in its war with Russia. Biden stated that the law "provides vital support to America's partners so they can defend themselves from threats to their sovereignty," adding that the flow of weapons to Ukraine will begin in the coming hours. The legislation includes $61 billion in aid for Ukraine, $26 billion for Israel, as well as $1 billion in humanitarian aid for Gaza and $8 billion to counter China's military influence.
