Qassem: No Turning Back, the Era of Weak Lebanon is Over and the Era of Strong Lebanon has Arrived

The Deputy Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Naeem Qassem, stated that "there is no turning back, the era of weak Lebanon is over, and the time for strong Lebanon has come." Qassem noted that "one of the results of the Al-Aqsa Flood is that it has toppled American Western values as a model to be emulated globally, proving that they are failed, fallen, distorted, inhumane values incapable of creating a future for the people of any state or country. Consequently, the influence of these values over the peoples of our region and the world has become very weak, and hopefully, they will continue to decline." He affirmed: "We support Gaza, protect our country, and establish deterrence. In doing so, we have worked to establish fundamental principles that Lebanon is resilient against Israel, and Israel should remain fearful of this genuine strength that does not accept humiliation or occupation."
