A massive fire broke out between the settlements of Kiryat Shmona and Beit Hillel after five rockets were launched from southern Lebanon. Air raid sirens were activated in the settlements of Kiryat Shmona, Beit Hillel, Gush Halav, Ma'ayan Baruch, Tel Hai, Kfar Giladi, Goshir, and Ma'ayan Baruch in the Galilee. Five launch incidents were detected during the first barrage of rockets targeting the area of Beit Hillel in the Galilee Finger, with one rocket falling in the area of the Ma'ayan Baruch intersection.
