Israeli Media: The Cost of Intercepting the Iranian Attack Approaches One Billion Dollars

Israeli media reported on Sunday that the cost of intercepting the Iranian attack last night approaches one billion dollars. Israeli Channel 12 stated that all Israeli warplanes were in the air during the Iranian attack for fear of being targeted while on the ground. Hebrew media cited sources in the Israeli Ministry of Defense stating that American and British forces intercepted more than 100 Iranian drones outside of Israel. Additionally, the Israeli military announced earlier on Sunday that it "thwarted" the attack launched by Iran and intercepted "99 percent" of the drones and missiles that were fired.
