Rockets Hit Haifa for the First Time Since the Start of the War in Gaza (Video)

For the first time since the outbreak of the war in Gaza, sirens were heard in Haifa. The Hebrew site Kodd Kodd reported that explosions were heard throughout Haifa, prompting Israeli emergency teams to search for possible rocket impact sites. It was reported that rocket debris fell in the town of Tamra in Haifa. The Israeli army stated that an interceptor missile was launched toward "a suspicious aerial target, and the incident has concluded." Haifa Mayor Einat Kalisch-Rotem warned of a full-scale war between Israel and Hezbollah, noting that "we have been preparing for many scenarios for three months, and there is a lot of infrastructure that we need to acquire and equip. Additionally, everything related to hazardous materials is very concerning, and I am not sure that our country is aware of how to begin addressing this issue."
