The Qatari Ministry of Interior published a video on Sunday showcasing the sting operation that led to the arrest of a drug dealer in the country. The video was shared on the Ministry’s page on the X platform (formerly Twitter), depicting the process of trapping the dealer, filming him while selling narcotics to a buyer, followed by the pursuit and subsequent arrest.
The ministry stated in a press release: "The General Directorate of Drug Enforcement, in collaboration with the Internal Security Force 'Lekhwiya,' managed to arrest one of the dealers after he conducted a drug sale. The Ministry of Interior emphasizes that it will not hesitate to take all necessary measures to maintain public order and safety, utilizing all its resources to apprehend and stop all offenders."
