State Security Raids Flour Warehouse in Zahle Industrial City

The Central News Agency - A patrol from the State Security Directorate in Bekaa raided a flour warehouse in the industrial city of Zahle, belonging to one of the historic bakeries in Lebanon. The warehouse was sealed with red wax following the directive of the Public Prosecutor in Bekaa, Judge Munif Barakat, after it was found that the flour did not meet health standards. It was also confirmed that baking operations were still ongoing to distribute the products to stores for sale. The value of the seized goods was estimated at approximately 110 tons of flour. The aforementioned directorate immediately began its investigations to take the appropriate actions.
