Solidarity Vigil in Paris for the Anniversary of the Port Explosion

On the third anniversary of the Beirut port explosion, the Lebanese-French Coordination Committee (CCLF), which includes seven organizations in France established by Lebanese individuals, announced a solidarity vigil. The organizations involved are: Change Lebanon (CL), the Lebanese Community in France (CLF), the Lebanese Diaspora Foundation (DLO), the Lebanese Forum in Europe (FLE), Lebanese Citizens Worldwide (MCLM), New Lebanon - France (ONL - France), and the Lebanese Diaspora Network in France (TLDN-France), along with the Civil Impact Forum (CIH) serving as the Lebanese advisory organization for the committee.

The vigil is set to take place in Trocadéro Square in Paris on Friday, August 4, 2023, from 3 PM to 6 PM under the theme: “Together for Lebanon and the Victims of the Beirut Port Explosion.”

The invitation carried the slogan: “Justice is non-negotiable, forgetfulness is intolerable, and impunity is unforgivable.”
