Ukrainian officials reported that "Russian artillery and drone strikes today, Friday, resulted in the deaths of three people and damage to an unspecified infrastructure facility, power lines, and a gas pipeline in the Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson regions of Ukraine." Serhiy Lysak, the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, stated on the Telegram messaging app that "a 67-year-old woman was killed in Nikopol in the region as a result of a drone attack this afternoon." He added, "A 68-year-old man was injured by shrapnel and is receiving medical care." Damage occurred to an infrastructure facility, a gas pipeline, and power lines, as well as to 11 private houses. Photos from the site shared by Lysak showed buildings with shattered windows, large holes in the walls, and a burned-out vehicle. Oleksandr Prokudin, the governor of the Kherson region, reported on Telegram that "morning shelling in Kindiyka in the region resulted in the death of a 69-year-old man and injured another man aged 63." He later added that "a 61-year-old man was killed and five others were injured in separate shelling in Novoraisk."
