A meter reader for Qadisha Electric was assaulted, beaten, and had his wallet and mobile phone stolen by unknown individuals riding a motorcycle and wearing helmets. This incident occurred while he was performing his duties in the Hara Al-Khassa area of Koura, near the Shihha project. The meter reader reported the incident to the relevant Internal Security Forces station in the area.
