Pep Guardiola has won the award for Best Manager in the English Premier League after leading Manchester City to their fourth consecutive title, a historic achievement. The Spanish coach has won the award four times since joining Manchester City in 2016. With a total of six league titles, Guardiola is now the second most successful manager in the history of English football.

Guardiola surpassed competitors Mikel Arteta (Arsenal), Unai Emery (Aston Villa), Andoni Iraola (Bournemouth), and Jürgen Klopp (Liverpool).
