Hamdan bin Mohammed Launches the Dubai Quality of Life Strategy 2033

Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum stated, "Following the directives of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, we are launching the Dubai Quality of Life Strategy 2033 with over 200 projects and initiatives, aiming for one objective: to make Dubai the best place to live in the world." He mentioned via the platform "X": "The Quality of Life Strategy aims to develop the city so that most of its facilities are within a 20-minute reach for residents. It includes organizing 1,000 annual events across sports, community, cultural, artistic, and entertainment activities. The strategy also includes the development of over 200 parks and increasing the length of cycling paths on beaches by 300%, as well as increasing the length of night swimming beaches by 60% and designating new beaches for women. Comprehensive plans will be established to develop the deserts and rural areas of Dubai through this strategy; we will focus on transforming Dubai into a pedestrian-friendly city... environmentally friendly, and family-friendly." He added, "A specialized office will oversee the development of the quality of life in Dubai, coordinating all these projects with over 19 government entities and dozens of private organizations, and the future of life in Dubai will always be brighter."
