The Kremlin congratulated Iran today, Monday, on the "election of Masoud Bezhikyan as president" and stated that Moscow hopes for the continuation of its partnership with Tehran. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that "Russia's relations with Iran are very positive in multiple areas."
