The Lebanese ambassador to Britain, Rami Murtada, clarified that "we are studying with a group of lawyers the conditions for filing a lawsuit against The Telegraph newspaper according to British laws, directed by the relevant authorities in Lebanon to follow the proper legal route." Murtada told "Al-Jadeed": "The penalties range from obliging the newspaper to remove the published article or pay compensation, and our stance on this file is strong as it causes significant harm to a vital facility in Lebanon."
