The Directorate of Meteorological Forecasts at the General Directorate of Civil Aviation predicts that tomorrow's weather will be partly cloudy to overcast at times, with medium and high clouds, along with a limited rise in temperatures which will remain below seasonal averages. Winds will intensify in the northern regions during the evening.
The bulletin states the following:
- **General condition**: The severe low-pressure system will gradually recede from the eastern Mediterranean basin starting from noon today, Saturday, and the weather will stabilize gradually until Tuesday afternoon when it will become variable with occasional rain.
- **Average temperatures in Beirut for November** range from 16 to 25 degrees.
- **Expected weather in Lebanon**:
- **Saturday**: Overcast with fog in the high areas and a slight drop in temperatures. Scattered rainfall will occur, heavy at times accompanied by thunderstorms in the early morning along with strong winds that will raise the sea waves to about 3 meters, especially in the northern areas. Caution is advised regarding the formation of torrents on the roads, and snow will fall at elevations of 1800 meters and above. The intensity of rains will gradually decrease and recede starting from the afternoon.
- **Sunday**: Partly cloudy to overcast at times with medium and high clouds, with a limited rise in temperatures which will remain below seasonal averages. Winds will increase in the evening in the northern areas.
- **Monday**: Partly cloudy with high clouds and a noticeable rise in temperatures returning to seasonal averages, along with a decrease in humidity.
- **Tuesday**: Partly cloudy with a drop in temperatures and an increase in humidity which may lead to fog formation in the high areas. The weather will be variable in the afternoon with occasional scattered rain starting from the evening.
- **Temperatures**: Coastal areas from 15 to 21 degrees, over the mountains from 8 to 13 degrees, and inland from 9 to 13 degrees.
- **Surface winds**: Southwesterly at speeds between 10 to 40 km/h.
- **Visibility**: Good on the coast but poor in the high areas due to fog.
- **Relative humidity along the coast**: Between 60 and 80 percent.
- **Sea condition**: Rough. Surface water temperature: 24°C.
- **Atmospheric pressure**: 1018 hPa, equivalent to 764 mm of mercury.
