Bahrain: To Avoid Escalation on the Lebanese-Israeli Border

Bahrain has emphasized the necessity of avoiding military escalation on the Lebanese-Israeli border and preventing the widening of conflict in the region to ensure the security of Lebanon. This statement is part of its efforts to achieve security, peace, and stability in the region. The kingdom, in the context of its presidency of the 33rd Arab Summit, expressed deep concern over the developments and military escalation at the Lebanese-Israeli border, urging a ceasefire between the parties and the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701. It called for peaceful solutions through negotiation between the two countries to safeguard the lives of civilians and the security and stability of the region.
