Former U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed that he would not send American troops to Ukraine if he wins the presidential election this year. In an interview on the All-In Podcast on YouTube, Trump responded to a question about whether he could guarantee not to send U.S. soldiers to Ukraine, saying, "Yes, I guarantee I will not do that." He believed that discussions about Ukraine joining NATO led to the conflict with Russia. He stated, "For 20 years I have been hearing that if Ukraine joins NATO, that will be a real problem for Russia. I have been hearing that for a long time, and I believe the war started for that very reason." He criticized current President Joe Biden for making many incorrect statements, including those regarding Ukraine's NATO membership. Trump had previously emphasized that he could resolve the conflict in Ukraine within 24 hours, revealing that he has a peace plan.
