Title: Ministry of Economy Inspectors Document Violations in Nabatiyeh

Inspectors from the Ministry of Economy and Trade, Consumer Protection Department, toured commercial establishments in Nabatiyeh under the supervision of Department Head Mohamed Baytar, with the support of State Security forces from the regional directorate in Nabatiyeh. The tour included the Al-Midan neighborhood, Bir al-Qandil, and the towns of Tole, Arab Salim, and Mimes in Hasbaya district. Results from 7 samples of spices and thyme showed that 5 samples were compliant while 2 were non-compliant. Violations were documented against their owners, and they were issued warnings to adhere to the laws. Samples will be retested next week to ensure they are free from germs and bacteria, and further actions will be taken accordingly.
