The Omani Maritime Security Center announced today, Tuesday, the completion of the joint search and rescue operation for the oil tanker Prestige Falcon, flying the Comoros flag, which capsized off the coast of the Sultanate of Oman. The center stated that nine out of the 16 crew members were found alive, while one had died. The center did not provide any details regarding the fate of the remaining six crew members.
