The representative of the army commander, General Joseph Aoun, placed a wreath of flowers at the memorial for the victims of the Beirut port explosion in honor of their pure souls on the anniversary of the blast's martyrs. A group of military personnel performed honors, and musicians from the army played the Martyrs' Anthem and a piece dedicated to the deceased.
