Netanyahu: The White House Denied Describing Me as a Fool, and Sovereignty is Ours

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed his confidence that he is "leading Israel to victory," denying that he has been labeled a fool by the White House. In a press conference held today, Thursday, he stated: "The goal of the political process is to give the military operation time to achieve a decisive victory. I work daily with my colleagues internationally to assist the army in operating freely in its missions, and we will certainly eliminate Hamas and return all our hostages without losing sight of the fact that sovereignty over the Al-Aqsa is ours."

He continued: "We are working to continue the war and achieve its objectives despite increasing international pressure on us. We will not yield to Hamas's demands and will continue the war until a decisive victory is achieved. I seek to double recruiting efforts two or three times and I am preparing legislation to support the army and its efforts. Ultimately, victory over Hamas will be achieved by eliminating all its brigades in central and southern Gaza. Regarding general elections, that would mean stopping the war and defeating Israel. It is too early to say whether we will reach a deal soon, and I have requested to know the names of the hostages covered by it in advance."

Regarding the White House, he said: "The White House denied reports in which I was described as a fool, and what matters to me is the opinion of Israeli citizens. Additionally, international pressures do not affect me because I am committed to achieving our goals and interests."
