The Saudi Ministry of Health confirmed today, Sunday, that no infectious diseases have been recorded among pilgrims during this year's Hajj season, stating that it continues its efforts to provide comprehensive care for the guests of God during Hajj. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Public Health, Hani Joukhadar, mentioned that no infectious diseases have been registered among the pilgrims, while taking into account those with special needs. At the same time, the Regional Director of the World Health Organization in the Middle East, Hanan Balkhi, was thanked for her remarkable efforts in organizing Hajj and coordinating with countries to receive and host the pilgrims. The Saudi Health Ministry affirmed the commitment of the Saudi health system to provide the highest levels of healthcare for the guests of God through its medical and administrative staff, as well as health facilities and centers distributed in Mecca, Medina, and the holy sites, to ensure their safety and comfort during the Hajj season.
