The Emirati President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with delegations from major South Korean companies and entrepreneurs during his visit to South Korea. The Emirati president exchanged discussions with the members of the Korean delegations about their institutions’ production and heard presentations on various industries they are involved in, innovative ideas, products offered, and the main challenges they face. They discussed the growing economic, investment, and trade relations between the UAE and South Korea, emphasizing the role of companies and the business community in both countries in enhancing these ties, especially through joint projects and investments, as reported by the "WAM" agency.

During the meeting, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed stated, "The UAE is interested in attracting investments and provides a supportive environment for them, whether in infrastructure, or regulations and legislation. Its geographical location makes it a trade gateway to the Middle East." He noted that "the agreements to be signed during this visit between the UAE and South Korea open the door for more opportunities for companies and businessmen in both countries to operate and invest, marking a significant shift in the future course of economic relations."

Korean businessmen and company leaders expressed their happiness at meeting Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, confirming their interest in investing and working in the UAE and enhancing cooperation with their counterparts in the country. They highlighted the developmental progress seen in the UAE, the diverse investment opportunities it offers, and the significance of the UAE President's visit to South Korea concerning the future of economic relations between the two countries.
