Israeli aircraft conducted an airstrike in two waves targeting the town of Hanawayh in the Tyre district, near the ship roundabout in the town. Several citizens were injured as a result of the airstrike, which caused glass from surrounding homes to shatter. The injuries were taken to hospitals for treatment, and the strike also damaged the electricity and water networks in the town.
Additionally, villages in the Tyre district and along the coastline witnessed intense aerial surveillance and the launching of illuminating flares. The Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health issued a statement announcing that "the Israeli army's airstrike on the town of Hanawayh in the Tyre district resulted in five individuals sustaining minor injuries, with two treated in the hospital emergency room and three receiving field treatment."
