After a Palestinian man's anguished cry echoed as he fled from southern Gaza, he has been trending on social media in recent hours. As he waved his belongings while moving from his refugee camp to another area, shouting, "Save us from Hamas before the Jews," numerous reports and rumors about his fate circulated.
There are reports claiming that Hamas killed the man who appeared in the video. Some users on the platform X alleged that the distressed displaced person was killed by Hamas members. However, some sources confirmed to Al Arabiya Net that the displaced man, named Ziad Abu Hayya, was unharmed.
Abu Hayya had accused Hamas of profiting from the blood of Palestinians and bringing destruction upon civilians. He also appealed to the Arab nation to rescue them from the clutches of Hamas and to free them from that fierce war.
