French star Kylian Mbappé, the new striker for Real Madrid, is preparing to move to the Spanish capital after participating in the UEFA Euro 2024. Spanish newspapers revealed that Mbappé purchased a luxurious mansion in Spain from former Real Madrid player Gareth Bale in the "La Finca" area for €11 million.

"La Finca" is considered one of the most prestigious and secure locations in Madrid. According to the Spanish newspaper "AS," the mansion spans 1,200 square meters. In recent months, Mbappé evaluated available properties in the Pozuelo de Alarcón area of Madrid and finally chose the mansion owned by Bale.

The mansion is built on a 3,000 square meter plot and includes: a large kitchen, several living rooms, 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms (8 of which are attached to bedrooms), a cinema room, heated indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, and a sauna.

In addition, Mbappé will have a large garage that can accommodate 7 cars, a soccer field, a basketball court, and additional luxury amenities, including his own golf course. The mansion boasts impressive security measures, featuring double perimeter gates, facial recognition cameras, a police-connected alarm system, and security guards patrolling the area 24 hours a day.

The former Paris Saint-Germain player purchased the mansion, which features modern lines, large windows, and a minimalist style, after a reduction from an initial asking price of around €13 million.
