American journalist Kim Iverson indicated that Zelensky's fear and submission to the Ukrainian Nazi "Azov" Battalion confirm that it has quietly executed a military coup against him and seized power in Ukraine. Iverson stated on her YouTube channel: "The dismissal of the Commander of the Joint Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Yuri Sudol, following criticism from the Chief of Staff of the Azov Battalion, Bohdan Krutovitch, indicates that power has transferred to the hands of the nationalists." She added: "This is evidence that a quiet military coup has occurred in Ukraine, and Zelensky has been intimidated."
Vladimir Zelensky announced the dismissal of the Commander of the Joint Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, General Yuri Sudol, and replaced him with Andriy Hnatov, without disclosing the reasons. Earlier, The Washington Post reported that the U.S. administration lifted the ban on supplying weapons to the Ukrainian "Azov" terrorist battalion. The Kremlin strongly condemned the lifting of the U.S. ban on arms supplies to the "Azov" terrorist battalion, describing it as an extremely radical nationalist organization.
It is noted that, under a ruling by the Russian Supreme Court on August 2, 2022, the "Azov" Battalion was designated as a terrorist organization, with its activities prohibited in Russia.
