Mitri Maouad to Fayyad: Reduce Poetry and Focus on Solving the Electricity Crisis

The head of the "Independence Movement," MP Michel Maouad, addressed Minister of Energy and Water Walid Fayyad, saying: "Your Excellency, with all due respect to you and your active role in the Coalition of Dignity and Freedom and in combating slavery, which has deprived the Lebanese of electricity and cost us more than $40 billion, it is not about exporting dignity. It is about the excess of theft, corruption, and mismanagement." He added: "If you could reduce a bit of poetry and prose and the exporting of dignity, and focus on confronting corruption to solve the electricity problem so the Lebanese can live with dignity in their land, it would be better."
