Dubai Ruler: The UAE is Fine and Crises Reveal

Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum confirmed that his country is safe and sound due to the "efforts of the President of the State and dedicated teams," after the powerful low weather that hit the UAE ended. He expressed gratitude for the safety of everyone in the UAE following the exceptional weather conditions experienced, stating, "Our country is in good health and safety under the observation, diligence, and leadership of my brother, the President of the State, may God protect him, and thanks to the efforts of the dedicated teams of citizens and residents who work day and night… Crises reveal the metals of nations."

In a post on his official account on the "X" platform, Al Maktoum added that the natural climate crisis they faced revealed a great commitment, awareness, and love from all citizens and residents for every aspect of the state. He prayed for the protection and continued flourishing of the UAE and its community.

Today, the Ministry of Interior announced, in coordination with the National Emergency, Crisis, and Disaster Management Authority, the National Center of Meteorology, and strategic partners, the end of the weather fluctuations that affected various regions of the country as rain subsided and conditions gradually improved. The normal operations at Dubai International Airport are also returning gradually this morning after experiencing disruptions due to the weather conditions.

The Ministry of Interior announced the end of the weather fluctuations and that efforts continue to complete the recovery phase.
