The General Security Directorate announced in a statement the modification of the fees it charges for the transactions it processes in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, as follows:
**First: - Residency Permits:**

| Annual residency card - Lebanese with foreign nationality | 10,000,000 |
| Annual residency card - other categories (or a fraction) | 13,000,000 |
| Temporary residency for one year or a fraction (specifically for Syrian nationals) | 13,000,000 |
| Transfer of sponsorship | 2,000,000 |
- The fee for residency violation and visa will be collected according to the specified fee for each at the time of its maturity, calculated based on the old fee until the end of the financial year, while the new fee will be applicable if it becomes due after the date of implementation of this circular.
- The fee for settlement of departure for persons entering unlawfully will be collected according to the new fee (two years), as will the transfer fee if applicable.
- Three times the annual residency fee will be charged in cases where residency can be granted for three years.
**Second: - Work Permits for Foreign Artists and Musicians:**

- Visa fees will be collected according to the table above at the time of application with the Public Relations Division, the Division of Organizations and Human Rights, and regional centers.
- A service charge will be applied for urgent visa requests if the applicants wish to submit them on an expedited basis.
- No fees will be collected at the border offices and centers for visas that were charged at the time of the application submission.
- Visa fees that are rejected or returned will not be refunded; however, resubmission of returned visa requests is allowed only after meeting the requirements within a maximum period of one month without collecting a new fee.
