How Did Amr Diab Withdraw Money from Beirut?

Social media users circulated discussions regarding "certain Lebanese parliamentary entities questioning how the Egyptian artist Amr Diab managed to withdraw hundreds of thousands of 'fresh' dollars from Lebanon, without oversight, amid the current crisis, where some Lebanese citizens are being detained for ten thousand dollars." They also inquired about "the entities facilitating such operations." Amr Diab had published photos of himself with Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati, stating on his Facebook page: "I was pleased to meet the Prime Minister of Lebanon, Mr. Najib Mikati." Mikati received Diab at his office in Beirut on Saturday, prior to Diab's concert later that evening. Mikati expressed his welcome to Diab and praised his efforts in promoting tourism in Lebanon, noting the significant demand for the concert, which had sold out a week in advance.
