Israeli warplanes struck the town of Kfarkela in southern Lebanon at noon in two waves, amid reports of casualties. Hezbollah mourned four of its fighters who died as a result of the Israeli airstrike on Kfarkela, while claiming to have launched a series of attacks that resulted in Israeli soldiers being killed and wounded.
The party announced the names of the deceased: "Hassan Hilal al-Saidi (Ali al-Hadi), born in 1993 from the town of Tole in southern Lebanon; Ahmad Hikmat Moussa (Dhul Fiqar), born in 1999 from the city of Tripoli and residing in the town of Ali al-Nahri in Baalbek; Muhammad Ali Mustafa Marash (Mahdi Yaghi), born in 1993 from the Bashoura area and residing in the Five Wings area in Beirut; and Naim Ali Farhat (Malak), born in 1991 from the town of Beit Shama in Baalbek.”
Hezbollah stated that in response to the targeting of Kfarkela, "we targeted the Ramim barracks (a command post currently occupied by Golani Brigade forces) with a Burkan missile." Furthermore, Hezbollah reported that "in retaliation for the Kfarkela strike, we shelled the command post of the Harmone Brigade at the Ma'ale Golani barracks using Katyusha rockets."
Earlier, the party claimed to have targeted "an Israeli espionage system in the Manara site and enemy soldiers in its vicinity using kamikaze drones, causing casualties." They further announced the targeting of "a building housing Israeli soldiers in the Manara colony, resulting in casualties."
Hezbollah also attacked "the espionage equipment at the Samakha site in the occupied Kfar Shuba hills using appropriate weapons, which led to a direct hit and its destruction," in addition to "enemy artillery positions in Zakhoura and the command post of the Harmone Brigade at the Ma'ale Golani barracks with dozens of Katyusha rockets."
Meanwhile, the Israeli army reported: "We attacked a group belonging to Hezbollah after it entered a military building and warehouse in Kfarkela, southern Lebanon."
**Fires from Israeli Shelling in the South**
Media sources reported that an Israeli drone dropped an incendiary bomb behind the Adaisseh municipality, igniting a fire at the site. Additionally, artillery shelling on the town of Mays al-Jabal caused a large fire, prompting civil defense teams to respond to both towns.
