Palestinian Ambassador Congratulates General Heikal on Army Day

Palestinian Ambassador to Lebanon, Mohammad Al-Asaad, extended his congratulations to the Lebanese Army Commander, General Rudolf Heikal, on the occasion of Army Day.

He expressed his "sincerest greetings and well wishes", praying "to Almighty God for mercy upon the righteous martyrs of the army and a swift recovery for its brave wounded".

Al-Asaad also affirmed his "commitment to enhancing the brotherly Lebanese-Palestinian relations and implementing what was agreed upon during the joint summit between Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, for the benefit of both the State of Palestine and the Lebanese Republic".
