The International Red Cross convoy received four prisoners at the Ras Naqoura border crossing following their release by Israel.
The Red Cross stated, "At the request of the concerned parties, we facilitated the transfer of five individuals from Israel to Lebanon, four today and the fifth yesterday. Our role in this operation is purely humanitarian, and we are involved as a neutral intermediary between Israel and Lebanon."
