Everton secured a new victory over Southampton with a score of 1-0. The only goal of the match came from Brazilian Richarlison in the 9th minute from a pass by Gylfi Sigurdsson.
Everton, led by coach Carlo Ancelotti, is aiming to secure a position in the Champions League for the next season, especially after their precious win in the previous round against rivals Liverpool at Anfield with a score of 2-0, marking their first win there in 21 years.
