The Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan caught everyone's attention at the opening ceremony of the fifth El Gouna Film Festival, not only with his attire but also with his luxurious car. He arrived in a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster, a rare vehicle with only 800 units produced worldwide. Ramadan made the car even more distinctive by coating it in gold.
The SVJ Roadster is the most famous model of the Aventador family, showcasing Lamborghini's incredible aerodynamic dynamics. Its ALA 2.0 system and aerodynamic steering ensure minimal drag on straight roads and optimal aerodynamic load in curves. The car is powered by a naturally aspirated V12 engine, delivering 770 horsepower.
The SVJ Roadster utilizes ultra-light carbon fiber for its body and removable hardtop. It features larger air intakes, extended side skirts, prominent aerodynamic characteristics, and a lightweight exhaust system mounted higher. The hardtop is constructed using an innovative and high-pressure RTM molding technique.
The technological look of the carbon fiber, evident in the monocoque structure, doors, and seats, aligns with a design reminiscent of aircraft. The leather and Alcantara upholstery adds a bold touch of uniqueness to the luxurious interior, while the intricate stitching details and the special SVJ Roadster plaque contribute to the car's distinct character.
According to Bloomberg, the Lamborghini SVJ Roadster is the most expensive model in its collection, starting at $574,000, which is equivalent to more than 9 million Egyptian pounds. In January 2020, Mohamed Ramadan shared a video on his Instagram showing his Aventador SVJ Roadster, which was initially blue before being covered with gold and customized with his name and the number "1."
