The Qatari Amiri Diwan announced today (Wednesday) the appointment of a new ambassador of the State of Qatar to Saudi Arabia. The Amiri Diwan stated that a decree was issued by Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani appointing Bandar Mohammed Abdullah Al Attiyah as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The decision is to be implemented and put into effect from the date of its issuance and published in the official gazette.
