The Ivorian star announced the news via his official Twitter page, stating: "I started my professional career in Donetsk, now I'm here to start my coaching career honestly, even my agent was surprised when he learned that I wanted to learn coaching in Ukraine, but I was determined in my decision."

He expressed his excitement about returning to Ukraine to continue his coaching journey, thanking Olympic Donetsk for the warm welcome and expressing his eagerness to share his knowledge and learn further.

Additionally, Olympic Donetsk's announcement of Touré's appointment noted that he had worked with Queens Park Rangers and Blackburn Rovers to obtain his coaching license after finishing his playing career with Qingdao Huanghai in China last year.
