UK Foreign Secretary to Attend England Women's World Cup Final

The British government announced today, Friday, that "Foreign Secretary James Cleverly will travel to Australia to attend the England women's football team match against Spain in the World Cup final on Sunday." Cleverly stated in a statement: "Everyone back home is behind the England team in its first-ever appearance in a World Cup final, and I personally will go to support them." Cleverly will also meet with his Australian counterpart Penny Wong to discuss foreign policy issues, including regional security.
