Erdogan: Turkey Will Spend Winter "Worry-Free," Unlike Europe

Erdogan: Turkey Will Spend Winter

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that his country, unlike European nations, will spend the winter without energy issues, enjoying "peace of mind" as they work to deliver grain to poor countries through a grain agreement.

Erdogan noted, "While European countries are contemplating how to get through winter due to the energy crisis, we will spend our winter without energy problems and with 'peace of mind.'" He confirmed that Turkey is currently working on supplying flour to poor countries from Russian grain obtained through the grain agreement with Russia.

Earlier, Erdogan stated that Turkey would not face challenges in providing natural gas from Russia in the upcoming winter. He emphasized that the absence of problems is a result of the balanced foreign policy pursued by Ankara.

He also mentioned that Turkey plans to begin the serial production of the "Kizil Alma" drone by the end of 2023.
